Shipping and Delivery

It takes 1-3 business days for us to process and ship an order. Often orders are shipped the same day they are placed but it depends on the item.

We usually use UK MAIL who offer next day delivery Monday- Friday. You will be emailed the tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships.

Expedited Shipping

Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping and we can’t accommodate all expedited shipping requests. However, depending on the exact situation we may be able to help with a rush shipment. Simply Contact Us before placing your order and we’ll try to help you out! Make sure to include the product title with your request so we can get you an answer as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Changes

We CAN NOT change the shipping address once the order has been placed, please ensure your shipping address is correct when you submit payment.

We can only cancel an order if it has not shipped. Our warehouse works fast and orders are often already packed-up, shrink-wrapped on pallets, and loaded on UK MAIL trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order has been processed and is en route, it then becomes a return and must follow our Return Policy.

Refusal of Shipment

If a customer refuses goods that were to be delivered to them without going through our return process to receive a Return Goods Authorization number, then the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges including original shipping fees. BathProfessional.co.uk will also charge a 20% handling fee to cover its costs with additional processing of the order and treat the refused shipment as a general return with restocking fees.

Information for Pallet deliveries

For deliveries that arrive on pallets, you must make sure someone is in to attend the delivery driver.
If someone else is signing for your item on your behalf you should advise them that your item must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
You should notify us of damages within 24 hours of the delivery via email stating product number, item description, and outline of proposed damage.
If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to cover us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.
